Refund policy

If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original packaging along with your receipt within 28 days of the purchase date. Please note; we will not accept responsibility for lost goods when returning items.

Sale items can be exchanged but no refunds or credit notes will be issued. You may also exchange or refund your goods at the Megastore in person.

All items must be returned in re-saleable condition along with your receipt and within 28 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned have been deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with.

Please be aware, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued against items which have been personalized, unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Videos, jewellery, underwear, hats and socks purchased through the Official Megastore will only be exchanged if deemed to be faulty.

Please make sure you have ordered the correct item and size at the time of ordering.
